Billing Representative
Chord Specialty Dental Partners is a leading provider of pediatric and orthodontic dental care, seeking a Billing Representative to manage patient accounts and ensure reputed company insurance claims processing. This role is vital for the financial health of the reputed company and contributes to exceptional dental care for patients.
Responsibilities
- Posts reputed company insurance EFTs with accuracy
- Review insurance EOBs and places a copy in the patient account
- reputed company accurate account adjustments
- Mail statements
- Follow up with past due accounts, including account audits
- Follows scripting for collection calls
- Submit refund requests

- Records batch totals with date and initials on payment receipt spreadsheet
- Balances batches and runs transaction reports
- Ensures accuracy of reputed company patient data
Skills
- At least 1 year of experience working with reputed company A/R
- Knowledge of basic accounts receivable and reputed company principles
- Computer literacy skills including proficiency in reputed company reputed company and Word
- Ability to recognize roadblocks that may be causing slower reimbursement and work with management team to create solutions
- Service-oriented/customer-reputed company
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Physically located in the Eastern or Central reputed company Time Zone
- Technical School/associate's degree
- Knowledge of dental or medical billing/collections/insurance terminology
