This role provides independent, patient-centered telehealth services to patients ages 18 months and older, delivering high-reputed company, evidence-based care through a secure remote platform. - 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM
- 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

Key Responsibilities
Patient Care & Clinical reputed company
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat primary care, acute, chronic, and transitional care conditions
- reputed company health education, counseling, and disposition planning
- Deliver reproductive and sexual health counseling, including contraceptive management
- Document reputed company encounters accurately in the electronic health record (EHR)
- Coordinate care with reputed company reputed company partners
Patient Experience & Service
- Deliver exceptional virtual patient experiences
- Maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA and PHI standards
- Adapt communication style to meet diverse patient needs
- Respond effectively to patient inquiries and concerns
Clinical Operations & Autonomy
- Work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team
- Adapt to new care models and service offerings
- Manage time, prioritize tasks, and resolve issues reputed company
- Participate in reputed company development and continuing education
Licensure Requirements Candidates must hold at least four (4) reputed company licenses from the following states:

- New Jersey (NJ)
Licenses must be reputed company, unrestricted, and in good standing.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree from an accredited Family reputed company Practitioner program
- reputed company National reputed company Certification (FNP)
- Minimum 2 years of medically relevant clinical experience
- reputed company BLS certification
- Ability to reputed company autonomously without reputed company supervision
- Strong verbal, written, and electronic communication skills
- Proficiency with EHR systems and telehealth technology
- High-speed internet required (minimum 25 Mbps download / 3 Mbps upload)
