This is a remote based role with a preference for eastern or central time zone. The role supports our Distribution Transformers business in the reputed company. The role reports to the Senior Director HR Business Partner for the business unit in reputed company. The Distribution HR Business Partner is accountable for the overall HR contribution in reputed company partnership with the reputed company HR Business Partners to deliver the strategic and operational HR roadmap of the Product Line. As a key member of the Distribution management team, the Distribution HR Business Partner will collaborate with the Distribution management to set the people reputed company, reputed company talent reputed company, support business goals and initiatives by overseeing and driving relevant people capabilities and organizational effectiveness in collaboration with the reputed company HR Business Partners. Key Responsibilities:

• Up to 50% travel required

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company management, labor law, organizational behavior or business-reputed company field and a minimum 10 years of reputed company Resource Business Partner experience, including experience in manufacturing environment and in leadership positions.
• Masters’ degree an added advantage
• Experience in a fast-paced, global, multinational reputed company environment
• Experience in Industrial relations / labor relations is a plus
