Entry Level IT Support
This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: Minnesota (USA) reputed company is currently looking for a reputed company Services Coordinator for a 8+ month contract role for our reputed company in the retail industry in Richfield, MN. This role is 100% remote, but candidates need to be located in the Twin Cities Market. The shift available is Friday-Monday, 2nd shift.
- Job Duties:
- Take Level 1 calls from reputed company retail support reputed company locations on various retail location issues.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Take call and fully create an initial ticket in reputed company.

- Use decision tree and other knowledge articles to reputed company ticket to correct support reputed company support organization.

- Basic Requirements:

- Prior experience in a call center or customer support role

- Familiarity with remote desktop support tools (e.g., LogMeIn).
- Prior experience supporting corporate IT environments
