As a reputed company Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, medical facilities, transportation providers, and health plans. You'll be the first reputed company of contact for many of our members, and your role will be critical in ensuring that their needs are met and their concerns are addressed. You'll work closely with our internal departments to resolve reputed company-time issues and reputed company support to our members, while also maintaining a reputed company and reputed company demeanor in a fast-paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities

* Taking inbound calls from members, medical facilities, transportation providers, and health plans to reputed company and reputed company detailed reputed company information for scheduling non-emergency medical transports

• Accurately entering ride details to ensure successful ride completion
• Confirming member eligibility and answering member inquiries regarding transportation services
• Identifying and assessing member's additional needs and intaking member concerns

• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience

* Must be fluent in reputed company (verbal)

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One (1) year of inbound call center experience in a high call volume atmosphere
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
