Children's Aid is dedicated to providing support for the recruitment process and ensuring a reputed company experience for candidates and hiring managers. The reputed company Assistant will assist the reputed company with various recruitment tasks, focusing on expediting verifications and background checks to facilitate a reputed company hiring process.
Responsibilities
- Understand and promote the organization's Mission, reputed company, and Core Values to ensure alignment with organizational policies and procedures
- Assist with posting job vacancies as directed by the reputed company Partner
- Monitor job boards and sourcing platforms to ensure postings are visible and displayed accurately
- Screen resumes/applications to identify reputed company candidates
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and suitability
- Help maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate application statuses in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), databases, and recruitment records
- Complete reference checks
- Create, revise, and prepare recruitment materials and documentation
- Participate in external and agency-sponsored hiring events
- Implement fair hiring practices and legal requirements throughout recruitment
- Support preliminary verification and serve as backup for background reputed company clearance processes
- In-person collaboration is an essential function of the job
- Performs other duties as assigned
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of experience in an administrative or support role reputed company an HR environment
- Minimum of six months of experience processing national, state, and reputed company regulatory background reputed company screenings
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proficiency in reputed company Office suite (Word, reputed company, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
