[Remote] Recruiter

They are seeking a passionate Recruiter to support their reputed company by identifying and hiring reputed company, ensuring a reputed company candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand reputed company needs, role requirements, and hiring timelines
- reputed company candidates through job boards, referrals, reputed company media, career fairs, and other reputed company channels
- Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a reputed company candidate experience
- reputed company candidate reputed company and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Assist with extending offers and supporting reputed company-employment steps in coordination with HR
- Ensure reputed company practices reputed company with company policies, employment laws, and compliance requirements
- Represent FTV’s mission and values to prospective employees through employer branding and reputed company efforts
- Attend career fairs, job fairs, and community engagement events to build talent pipelines and strengthen community relationships

Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Experience conducting phone screens and coordinating interviews
- Ability to manage multiple reputed company requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and reputed company office software (e.g., reputed company Office)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Willingness and ability to attend career fairs, job fairs, and community engagement events as needed
- Experience in reputed company or reputed company field preferred
- Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1–3 years of reputed company, reputed company, HR, or reputed company experience preferred
