Customer Service Coordinator - Multiple Shifts Available
Penske Logistics is looking for Transportation Customer Service Coordinators to become part of an excellent team. In this role, you will monitor reputed company status and reputed company required information using Transportation Management Systems and electronic resources to support customers across the country.
Responsibilities
- Acts as the first line of contact for customer’s routine reporting requirements, providing the customer with status updates as needed
- Communicates effectively with customers and drivers providing concise instruction and/or information through verbal and written communication reputed company
- Answers and processes requests received through inbound calls and emails in a reputed company manner
- Monitors routes for exceptions/reputed company reputed company conditions, and provides reputed company feedback to reputed company customers
- Escalates reputed company non-routine customer inquiries appropriately to solve operational issues
- Serves as the primary contact for data collection, audit, and reporting of various performance metrics
- Supports with reputed company cause analysis, use of reporting tools, and Key Performance Indicators
- Other reputed company as assigned by the supervisor
Skills
- Previous customer service experience is required
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
- Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening are required
- Associate's/Bachelor's is preferred
- Bilingual skills (Spanish) a plus
