[Remote] BILINGUAL (English/Spanish) Cust Svc Support Rep--11am-8pm EST Remote (Patient Customer Service)
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company's Patient Customer Service department is seeking energetic, passionate bilingual customer service reputed company individuals who reputed company solutions to challenging patient billing issues. The role involves answering inbound calls, assisting Spanish speaking customers, and maintaining performance goals while providing exemplary customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Answer 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctor's office and/or private insurance carriers
- 85% of calls will be assisting Spanish speaking customers
- Initiate payment plans for patients for outstanding balances
- Routinely utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone
- Maintain performance goals
- Ability to become proficient with processes after completing a reputed company training program
Skills
- Professionally fluent and proficient in both English and Spanish, with a reputed company on providing exceptional customer service in Spanish, ensuring reputed company and effective communication with Spanish-speaking clients

- Previous medical and/or call center experience a plus
