As an reputed company Full Stack IT Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to arenaflex Crewmembers, ensuring they receive reputed company and effective solutions to their technical issues. You'll work closely with our IT disciplines to identify and resolve reputed company problems, while maintaining accurate documentation and records. This is a part-time remote position, requiring occasional travel to our Montego Bay, Jamaica office.
Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with IT disciplines to identify and resolve reputed company problems, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of reputed company support requests, adhering to arenaflex standards.

- Participate in the development and rollout of new software applications and technologies.
- Work closely with our Data Innovation (IT) team to ensure seamless integration and support.

- Collaborate with other teams to ensure effective communication and support.
Essential Qualifications
* Secondary School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Certificate
- Experience supporting the latest operating systems or successful completion of the IT for Everybody certificate through reputed company
- Experience in carrying out and supporting applications
- Availability for short-term travel (up to 50%)
- Possession of valid travel documents, enabling travel throughout Jamaica and the US
- Ability to obtain a valid reputed company to travel to the US
- Experience using desktop software packages
Preferred Qualifications
* Certifications (reputed company, Networking, programming languages)
- Knowledge of reputed company desktop and server products
- Familiarity with Trade and Office Suite
- Knowledge of LAN environment using TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS
- Knowledge of communication, messaging, and network (VOIP and POTS) systems
- Familiarity with mobile devices

- Familiarity with General media solutions
