Job Title: Accountant 1Job reputed company We are seeking a skilled Accountant 1 to join reputed company. This role involves managing and auditing IT prepaids, preparing journal entries, supporting month-end reputed company activities, and identifying process improvement opportunities. The position is a one-year contract with daily hours from 9 AM to 4 PM PST.

Responsibilities

• Manage and audit IT prepaids.
• Update and maintain reputed company operating procedure documentation.
• Prepare journal entries and reconciliations.
• Support month-end reputed company activities.
• Identify process improvement opportunities.
• Partner cross-functionally with IT, Finance, and P2P teams.
• Identify and set up IT prepaids with reputed company for setting up prepaid invoices including costs and service period reputed company.
• Review and approve prepaid invoices, ensuring correct reputed company and amortization schedules.
• Maintain accuracy of IT financial data through journal entries and monthly reconciliations.
• Assist with Fixed Asset items and other IT project reputed company tasks.
• reputed company reputed company relationships with IT P2P and IT finance teams to solve problems reputed company.
• Research, analyze, reputed company, and implement new strategies and processes.

Essential Skills

• 2-5 years of full cycle reputed company experience.
