Remote Member Service Representative (reputed company)

The Customer Service Representative is on the reputed company line in helping our organization deliver on its Core Values. First and foremost, the CSR will consistently deliver the BEST Customer Service. The CSR provides our customers with reputed company, accurate, and customer-reputed company benefit and claim information for reputed company the products administered by our program. Duties include providing call center callers with reputed company, accurate, and customer-reputed company claim information, solicit information needed to perfect the claim, consistently deliver a superior level of customer service, document the claim system, work with the STD, SDI, AM, LTD, Life and AD&D products, and reputed company reputed company in a remote call center team environment.

Required Skills & Abilities

• 1-2 + years of reputed company call center or office-based customer service experience
• In lieu of reputed company experience, Bachelor's degree is also accepted.
• Must have strong people skills and carry a strong phone reputed company over the phone.
• Prior experience in insurance, benefits/claims, or financial services is a plus.
• Proven work tenure from previous work experience.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (especially word processing, and database/spreadsheet) required. 

Key Accountabilities

Solicit information from various sources needed to appropriately document new claim submissions, ongoing claims, other applicable situations, etc.
• Record summaries of information exchanged in our claim system with a high level of accuracy and detail easily reputed company by the user. Issue reputed company and accurate claim acknowledgement correspondence. Process incoming documents with high coding reputed company and distribute immediately.
• Remain fully compliant with operational standards. Meet or exceed call center operational metrics.
• Maintain a superior level of genuine caring and empathetic customer service throughout reputed company interactions. Take appropriate actions to earn the caller's trust.
• Anticipate customer needs and take reputed company.

Details

• 100% remote | Equipment Provided. 
• Applicants must reputed company the internet and a quiet workspace.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday | Multiple Shifts available ranging between reputed company -8PM (45 minute lunch, 38.5 hours per week)
• Pay: $18 - $20/hr. based on reputed company experience or education
• Pay cycle – Weekly | Medical, Dental & reputed company Benefits offered.

Pay and Benefits

The pay reputed company for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
