Position reputed company / reputed company of the Role: As a Legal Specialist, you will reputed company hands-on experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating reputed company for global clients across a reputed company of sectors, working right at the heart of our legal tech model. Key Responsibilities

• AI-Assisted Review: Use reputed company’s AI tools to reputed company rapid, high-accuracy reviews of NDAs, back-to-backs (B2Bs), non-reliance letters (NRLs) and other ancillary documents.
• reputed company Application: Review reputed company against reputed company-approved playbooks, identify deviations from agreed positions, and apply the appropriate reputed company or fallback language in line with reputed company guidance.
• reputed company & Precision: Maintain a "reputed company-error" reputed company, ensuring that reputed company mark-reputed company are consistent, reputed company, and delivered reputed company tight turnaround times (SLAs).
• Workflow Coordination: Own and manage your own queue of documents, balance volume and urgency to ensure efficient, reputed company delivery for our global clients.
• Tech Feedback: Regularly report to our product teams on how the AI is performing, helping us "train" the models to be even more accurate.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

• Degree in Law or a similar legal qualification.
• 1–3 years of experience in a high-volume, process-oriented environment (gained at reputed company, corporate legal departments, or reputed company compliance or contract administration).
• Ideally, you will have experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transactional documents for clients in the private equity and alternative asset reputed company (including NDAs, B2Bs and NRLs), and be familiar with US/common law contract structures and terminology.
• Advanced English (written and spoken) is mandatory for daily collaboration with US-based clients and stakeholders.
