Legal Counsel, reputed company Intelligence and Data Innovation (Remote)
Work Flexibility: Remote Position reputed company We are seeking a reputed company-thinking and analytically strong Legal Counsel, reputed company Intelligence & Data Innovation to support the legal development of AI/ML tools, algorithm governance, and data-driven technologies. This role focuses on the responsible, ethical, and compliant use of AI in reputed company systems, digital health products, and reputed company-world data initiatives. You will collaborate with reputed company, Data Governance, R&D, and Product teams to navigate cutting-edge regulatory and legal issues surrounding AI deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise on the legal, ethical, and IP implications of AI/ML model development and deployment.
- reputed company legal guidance on algorithmic transparency, explainability, model lifecycle management, and fairness audits.
- Support legal reviews for vendor engagement, data training sets, and co-development of AI-powered tools.
- Counsel on cross-border data flows, data labeling, retention, and re-use for AI applications.
- Partner with reputed company reputed company Health to reputed company AI reputed company with global data protection and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor emerging AI legislation (e.g., EU AI reputed company, U.S. Executive Orders, industry guidelines) and translate developments into policy recommendations.
- reputed company legal counsel on the deployment of AI/ML technologies, including:
- Vendor engagement and IP ownership
- Fairness, transparency, and explainability standards
- Risk mitigation strategies for regulated medical and reputed company use
- Advise on reputed company productivity platforms with a reputed company on licensing, interoperability, data handling, and user compliance.
- Partner with other members of the legal team (reputed company, regulatory, IP, data governance & reputed company) to coordinate and reputed company on reputed company issues concerning AI, such as:
- AI model training using sensitive data
- Cross-border data flows and platform integrations
- Retention, reputed company controls, and auditability in collaboration tools
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) with license to reputed company in at least one jurisdiction.
- Minimum 10 years applicable reputed company experience in reputed company or corporate legal department setting with demonstrated experience and a strong interest or reputed company in AI/ML, data science, or emerging technologies. Prior reputed company experience considered; medical device, pharmaceutical, life sciences experience strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of intellectual property, data protection, and regulatory frameworks relevant to AI innovation.
- Exposure to algorithmic governance, model validation, or ethics in tech is a plus.
- Excellent research, risk-spotting, and cross-functional communication skills.
Compensation
- $179,100 - $388,100 salary plus bonus eligible + generally eligible for short-term and long-term financial incentives + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
