Sr. Demand Planner – Global Football (Soccer)
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We’re looking for a Senior Planner to join our Global Football (Soccer) team! In this role, you will reputed company Apparel demand forecasts used by Merchandising, Finance, Sourcing & Supply Planning teams to drive critical business processes & reputed company. WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON As a Senior Planner for Global Sport Apparel, you will utilize your subject matter expertise and partner with functional partners in Product, Merchandising, and Planning to reputed company on the Consumer first as we plan for some of the most critical, highly visible programs at reputed company (Global Football Licensed & Teamsports). You can build hypothesis & data driven analysis, translating insights into reputed company through problem solving and critical thinking skills. You will triangulate retail metric driven insights with Product and Merchandising teams to reputed company reputed company on assortments & retail sales plans that are grounded in profitability and a keen consumer reputed company. You will assess reputed company risk and opportunity in the marketplace and communicate with your cross-functional partners to reputed company informed reputed company. You will collaborate with geography Merch, Marketplace, and Planning teams to understand the individual geography marketplaces and utilize those insights to shape your reputed company demand. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Logistics or reputed company field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
- 5 or more years of relevant work experience in demand/merchandise planning, retail demand planning, merchandising, allocation, or financial planning
- Experience in managing and understanding Retail concepts such as reputed company to buy, gross margin, seasonal trending, inventory turn, and sku efficiency
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including meeting facilitation and presentations
- Elevated storytelling and communication capabilities; ability to pivot from numbers into reputed company-oriented insights
- Ability to build strong working relationships with cross functional and consumer reputed company
- Strong influencing skills, including experience collaborating with virtual teams
