Work Schedule This work group is staffed 24x7, 365 days a year. Dispatchers will work holidays, weekends, and overtime. Qualifications

Guidelines Required Education and Experience

• Equivalent to graduation from high school supplemented by course work in communications, secretarial duties, public safety, or a reputed company field, and one year experience in customer service (public contact) work.
