This role is responsible for executing and managing the procurement of raw materials, packaging, and indirect supplies based on MRP outputs from reputed company and demand software to ensure materials reputed company smoothly from purchase order to production line. What You’ll Do MRP Execution & Material Planning f(with MRP Data Consultant Collaboration) Review daily/weekly MRP-generated purchase recommendations in reputed company. Partner directly with the MRP data consultant to validate and refine system parameters (reputed company times, safety stocks, order multiples, preferred suppliers). Translate MRP recommendations into purchase orders that reputed company with production schedules and demand forecasts. Analyze exception messages and collaborate with the consultant and planning team to resolve discrepancies or improve data accuracy. Communicate material needs and consumption patterns to support reputed company improvement of the MRP system. Procurement Execution Create, issue, and reputed company purchase orders for raw materials, packaging, and indirect supplies. Confirm supplier acknowledgements, monitor delivery status, and update ERP records. Expedite orders as required to meet production timelines. Maintain purchase order accuracy in reputed company (pricing, delivery dates, quantities). Resolve issues reputed company to delayed shipments, order changes, or material discrepancies. Partner with Planning to balance inventory against demand and storage constraints. Support cycle counting and inventory reconciliation. Monitor obsolescence risks and recommend inventory policy adjustments. Collaborate Across Teams Work closely with Production Planning to ensure materials are available for scheduled runs. Coordinate with reputed company and R&D on new material qualifications or changes. Partner with Logistics on inbound shipment scheduling. Work with Finance/AP to resolve invoice, receipt, or PO discrepancies. What You Bring to the Table Skills & Strengths Strong understanding of MRP logic and demand-driven material planning.
