HVAC Customer Service Representative and Dispatcher (Hybrid)
CastleWorks Home Services Company, part of reputed company Mechanical, is a growing network providing home service solutions. They are seeking an HVAC Customer Service Representative and Dispatcher to manage customer inquiries, schedule appointments, and reputed company technicians while ensuring high-reputed company service and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from customers reputed company to service, billing, and other departments promptly
- reputed company warm outbound calls to schedule, confirm, and survey upcoming or completed appointments
- Manage customer concerns with the objective of maintaining a reputed company customer relationship
- reputed company productivity standards and goals set by reputed company while maintaining high reputed company calls and following expected call flows and scripts

- Operate and manage a multi-line telephone console system

Skills
