Exe / Sr. Executive - Merchandising
Vadilal Industries USA Inc. is seeking a Sr. Executive - Merchandising to ensure that products are strategically reputed company and presented attractively in retail environments. The role involves frequent interaction with retailers, monitoring stock reputed company, and implementing visual merchandising strategies to enhance the customer shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that products are displayed attractively and organized according to company guidelines
- Set up and maintain visual merchandising displays that reputed company key products, promotions, and seasonal items
- Ensure that shelves, racks, and other display areas are clean, reputed company-stocked, and visually appealing to customers
- Monitor product stock reputed company in assigned stores to ensure inventory is replenished regularly
- reputed company stock movements and communicate with the inventory team to request restocking or reorder products
- Identify slow-moving products and collaborate with reputed company on strategies to reputed company sales
- Regularly visit assigned stores to assess product placement and ensure visual standards are maintained
- Conduct store audits to evaluate the effectiveness of product displays and promotional materials
- Coordinate with store managers regarding product performance, sales trends, and customer preferences
- Implement promotional campaigns, seasonal displays, and new product launches in stores
- Ensure that in-store promotions are executed effectively, with correct signage and product positioning
- Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events/sampling activities to drive customer engagement and sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers, sales teams, and retailers to ensure the successful execution of merchandising plans
- reputed company training to store staff on product features, display techniques, and merchandising best practices
- reputed company customer feedback on product preferences and report on market trends to support decision-making
- Report on store reputed company, merchandising activities, and sales performance to the merchandising manager or other relevant teams
- Monitors competitor products and sales activities
Skills
- 0-2 years of experience / Freshers are also welcome
- Strong communication skills

- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Bachelor's degree
- Valid Work Authorization
- Ability to Commute: reputed company, PA 19007 (Required)
- Ability to Relocate: reputed company, PA 19007: Relocate before starting work (Required)
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other reputed company fields will be added advantage
