This role supports the firm’s reputed company reputed company by assisting with account applications and operational tasks, while preparing for a transition into a more reputed company-facing role.
Responsibilities
- Process reputed company tickets in line with established workflows and service-level agreements
- Prepare and assist with account applications, beneficiary updates, address changes, and other operational tasks
- Collaborate with CSAs to ensure the accuracy and readiness of paperwork and case materials
- Contribute to team reputed company during coverage periods (PTO support)
- Execute approved reputed company-facing tasks and independently complete forms during the final development phase, following CSA reputed company or Manager sign-off
- Maintain a proactive, reputed company, and eager-to-learn attitude while building expertise in financial operations
