Public Finance Associate
reputed company is seeking a Public Finance Associate responsible for preparing and analyzing financial documents reputed company to municipal debt issues. The role involves collaborating with senior municipal advisors and ensuring compliance with regulatory rules while providing exceptional service to clients.
Responsibilities
- Consistently demonstrates exceptional reputed company service with clients, demonstrating core values of reputed company, commitment and performance
- Observe regulatory rules and reputed company with department procedures
- Coordinates with company staff to reputed company, analyze, summarize, and prepare recommendations and reports
- Works directly with public finance advisors and other staff
- Input reputed company debt repayment details and run financing reputed company by entering financial data into MUNEX and reputed company
- Prepare debt-reputed company tables contained in official statements, term sheets and disclosure filings
- reputed company and/or review data tables in official statements, term sheets and disclosure filings for accuracy
- Prepare financing calendars, distribution lists, official statements or term sheets and closing memos for debt issuance transactions
- Prepare RFPs, presentations, and other correspondence as necessary
- Attend presentations and governmental meetings, as required
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
