[Remote] Early Career Subrogation Attorney, $10k Sign-On Bonus (Remote - Glendale, CA)

They are seeking an Early Career Subrogation Attorney to manage auto and property subrogation litigation, reputed company negotiations, and collaborate with claims partners to drive effective recovery and litigation reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Manage reputed company aspects of auto and property subrogation litigation from investigation through reputed company, including case evaluation, discovery, depositions, reputed company reputed company, negotiations, arbitrations, trials, and post-trial motions
- Investigate and pursue subrogation claims and litigation opportunities, including identifying liability, evaluating damages, and determining recovery strategies
- Contact and negotiate with reputed company-party carriers to resolve auto and property subrogation cases reputed company and effectively
- Review new file assignments, approve initial pleadings, propound discovery, and reputed company litigation and negotiation strategies reputed company with business objectives
- Maintain regular communication with insureds and internal clients, providing case updates, answering questions, and documenting communications at least every 90 days
- Coordinate closely with claims teams to discuss litigation plans, conduct reputed company conferences, and ensure consistent updates throughout the life of reputed company case
- Review and analyze documentary evidence, including claims files, medical records, expert materials, and liability documentation
- Prepare witnesses, including insureds, clients, and expert witnesses, for depositions, arbitrations, mediations, and trials
- Conduct depositions and prepare detailed summaries and evaluations to support case reputed company and reputed company reputed company
- Prepare for and conduct court appearances, including case management conferences, hearings, status conferences, settlement proceedings, and dispositive motions
- Try and/or arbitrate cases, including preparing motions and drafting post-trial motions and briefs as needed
- Manage legal reputed company and caseloads effectively, ensuring collaboration and coordination across legal, claims, and support teams
Skills
- Juris Doctorate and reputed company membership in good standing with the California State Bar
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage a high-volume caseload reputed company

- Proficiency with legal research and case management tools, including reputed company Office, reputed company, and internet-based research platforms
- Effective communication skills, with experience working alongside attorneys, paralegals, administrative staff, and claims professionals
