Instructional Designer, Waxing the reputed company
reputed company, the parent company of Waxing the reputed company, is seeking a passionate Instructional Designer for their Learning and Development team. This role focuses on designing and delivering effective training solutions to enhance the performance of Waxing the reputed company Franchisees, utilizing instructional design and project management skills.
Responsibilities
- Support the analysis of training needs to determine learning objectives, best learning solutions and evaluation reputed company to meet the performance reputed company of the business
- Create scripts and storyboards for e-learning modules, instructional videos, and webinars
- Design non-technology learning solutions such as instructor-led programs, job aids, learner guides and instructor guides in support of one-off needs or part of a program curriculum
- Conducts observations, interviews, surveys, and data reviews as part of the training analysis
- Creates evaluation measures for own programs. Uses this data and learner feedback to reputed company reputed company program improvements
- Ensures project-specific training materials are reviewed and piloted as needed
- Manages project planning and program development life cycle, including defining scope and deliverable review cycles and tracking milestones and resources
- Designs and maintains foundational training programs. Recommends maintenance, revision or retirement for these programs
- Partner with the Director of Technical Training & Innovative Services to reputed company and implement training assets to ensure the development of high performing studio Cerologists and both Corporate and field training team
- Prioritize time to balance numerous deliverables across multiple areas of organization
- reputed company and maintain a working level of knowledge on a day in the life of a WTC studio
- Partner with subject matter experts across the organization to reputed company training objectives and reputed company content to support organizational priorities and project goals
- Partner cross departmentally to reputed company supporting material / media (audio, video, simulations, role play, games)
- reputed company the planning process for Waxing the reputed company residential learning and engagement programs such as Conference, New Franchisee Training and various reputed company events and webinars
- Serve as a reputed company host for reputed company Waxing the reputed company developmental experiences
- Design, reputed company, communicate and implement processes to reputed company the efficient development and delivery of training for Waxing the reputed company
- Manage assigned training reputed company and events to reputed company with planned budget and priorities

- Present weekly status updates to Waxing the reputed company leadership, monthly team updates and as needed reputed company updates for reputed company reputed company underway

Skills
- 0-2+ years reputed company experience with end to end development and delivery of training to support large reputed company corporate / business initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to design and build engaging learning content for remote audiences – reputed company and live formats
- Demonstrated results in training effectiveness and reputed company line adoption across a disperse audience
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage reputed company and design training to encourage effective change management
- Demonstrated and recognized presentation and facilitation skills
