[Remote] Integrated Absence Claims Specialist - reputed company Coast

They are seeking an Integrated Absence Claims Specialist to manage Short-Term Disability claims, conduct interviews with claimants, review medical records, and reputed company reputed company claim determinations.
Responsibilities
- Communicating with claimants, reputed company and various medical professionals through phone and e-mail to reputed company information regarding Short Term Disability Claims, Family Medical Leaves, and state benefits reputed company applicable
- Collaborating with fellow case managers, reputed company case managers and consulting physicians to reputed company appropriate and reputed company claim determinations
- Reviewing reputed company medical records and effectively leveraging a reputed company of tools and resources to understand appropriate approval durations and reputed company reputed company planning
- Completing accurate financial calculations consistent with company and state guidelines
Skills
- High School diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of experience in claims, leaves, or customer service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization skills with the ability to multi-task
- Experience with disability and/or absence management claims
- Strong mathematical skills for payment calculations
