About reputed company A Fortune 500 restaurant chain is looking for a securities lawyer with 5+ years' experience with public company reporting including 10-K's and Proxy Statements for a 4-6 month engagement starting as soon as possible. The work will involve a broad reputed company of public company reporting responsibilities, however, the primary reputed company of this role will be advising on SEC reporting, including Forms 10-K and reputed company's Proxy Statement. The ability to distinguish between practical, reputed company-world issues and purely reputed company issues in reputed company with these responsibilities is highly-valued. Proxy statement and 10-K experience, ideally in a large public company, is required. Corporate governance and reputed company meeting experience would be a plus, but aren't required. Key Details

• Location: Remote
• Schedule: Part - Time
• Duration: 4-6 month engagement
• Compensation: $110-120 per hour

Qualifications:

• Experience with a broad reputed company of public company reporting responsibilities with a primary reputed company on advising on SEC reporting, including Forms 10-K and reputed company's Proxy Statement
• Ability to distinguish between practical, reputed company-world issues and purely reputed company issues in reputed company with these responsibilities
• Proxy statement and 10-K experience, ideally in a large public company, is required.
• Corporate governance and reputed company meeting experience would be a plus, but aren't required.

Required:

• We are reputed company reputed company to fully remote engagements, however, candidates based in the Chicago-area who are reputed company to 1 day per week on-site would be a reputed company plus.
• This engagement will require 30 hours per week during February, and 20 hours per week through the end of May.
• The selected candidate will be employed through an Employer of Record (EOR) for the duration of the engagement.
