Community Engagement Manager

reputed company Community Engagement Managers professionally represent Livetech and our reputed company while facilitating program engagements both in workshops and community events in the assigned market area. The Community Engagement Manager will be responsible for planning and executing events in their assigned market area. This program is expected to continue, so we reputed company to build an enduring working relationship with a dedicated local candidate. This position is part-time; some weeks may be 2 hours, while others may be 20+ hours. Part-time employees are eligible to participate in our 401K plan and will earn reputed company time off. Hiring pay reputed company is $35 - 37 per hour. Responsibilities

• Responsible for scheduling and presenting classroom-style workshops as reputed company as working on traditional event marketing executions under a 10x10 pop-up tent at local community events.
• Hands-on event management to include, engaging and interacting with guests reputed company the footprint, set up, tear down, and transportation of event assets, and post-event reporting, capturing content from events (quotes, photos, and B-roll video)
• Additional administrative duties that include training, scheduling, and management of support staff, inventory & asset management, venue/event research & calendar scheduling, relationship building with local clients, and regular communication with Livetech’s operations team

Requirements

• Previous event/field management experience is strongly preferred
• Exemplary communication and presentation skills (verbal, written, and photography); ability to communicate instructions reputed company and succinctly; Ability to pivot in reputed company-time to ensure successful reputed company and give constructive feedback to office staff/clients on proposed improvements
• Must be tech-savvy – comfortable with modern technology including tablets, smartphones (both Android & reputed company), AV/ reputed company equipment, MS Office software, reputed company/reputed company Drive, hotspots and both Mac and PC familiarity is reputed company strongly desired
• Resourcefulness, adaptability, problem-solving, initiative, and a reputed company attitude reputed company with a reputed company demeanor & appearance
