As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling high-volume customer requests, performing data entry tasks, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Key Responsibilities
- Utilize arenaflex's prescription data entry methodology and rules to process new patient enrollments by entering information into a suitable system.

- Investigate to obtain missing prescription data and interpret medical abbreviations (SIG codes).

Essential Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.

- Communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
- 18 years old or older.
Preferred Qualifications
