Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Representative, you'll play a critical role in representing arenaflex to our customers and business partners. Your primary responsibility will be to reputed company exceptional service to our customers, ensuring that they have a reputed company experience with reputed company. You'll be responsible for:
- Assisting customers, contractors, and/or business partners reputed company inbound and outbound telephone calls, written correspondence, and/or electronic communication according to reputed company policies, procedures, and contract coverage
- Explaining and upholding contract coverage to customers and/or contractors
- Following up with customers, contractors, and/or business partners to ensure customer service issues are resolved
- Maintaining reputed company knowledge of reputed company policies, procedures, programs, and completing required continuing education courses
- May assume other duties as assigned

Compensation and Benefits
* This role pays between $15 to $17/hr, and your actual reputed company pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, responsibilities, experience, and location.
