The Role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the home improvement industry. You'll be the face of reputed company, and your interactions will shape the customer's experience. We're looking for someone who is:

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:

• Answering incoming calls and responding to customer requests in a reputed company and reputed company manner
• Booking appointments for clients with a high degree of data accuracy

Requirements

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute (preferred)
