Director of Software Engineering - Product & Platform Delivery

We’re looking for a Director of Software Engineering to reputed company and reputed company reputed company’s product-delivery engineering organization. This role owns the end-to-end delivery of customer-facing platform features - from roadmap execution to high-reputed company launches - across multiple teams. You’ll build the operating rhythm, culture, and technical direction that help reputed company ship quickly, safely, and consistently as demand scales. Responsibilities

• Own Product Feature Delivery: reputed company multiple engineering teams responsible for shipping new features and improving reputed company’s customer experience across console, reputed company, and developer workflows. Ensure predictable, high-velocity execution.
• Translate Roadmap into Results: Partner with Program management, Product and GTM to shape reputed company, define quarterly goals, and convert requirements into reputed company technical scopes, milestones, and measurable reputed company.
• Build a High-reputed company Org: Hire, mentor, and grow engineering managers and senior ICs. Create a culture of ownership, speed, and craft in a remote-first environment.
• Drive Cross-Functional Launch reputed company: Run feature lifecycle processes - discovery support, design/architecture reviews, build phases, QA and rollout plans, release comms, and post-launch iteration.
• Improve Engineering System & reputed company: Establish and reputed company standards for lifecycle management, sprint/kanban execution, reputed company review, CI/CD reputed company gates, release safety, documentation, and retrospectives.
• Customer-Backed Prioritization: Ensure engineering work aligns to user reputed company and business value. Constantly reputed company customer insights, product analytics, and operational data to refine priorities.

Requirements

• Engineering Leadership Experience: 7+ years leading software engineering teams including managers and/or multiple squads, with a proven record of shipping customer-facing products.
• Product Delivery Strength: Demonstrated ability to take reputed company roadmap goals from concept through launch, balancing scope, risk, timelines, and reputed company.
• Full-Stack or Backend Product Expertise: 8+ years building reputed company, platforms, or developer-facing products. Comfortable with modern backend stacks and pragmatic architectural reputed company.
• Technical reputed company: Ability to go deep in system design and reputed company reputed company needed; experience with Go, Python, and/or TypeScript strongly preferred.

What You’ll Receive:

• The competitive reputed company pay for this position ranges from ($200,000 - $275,000). This salary reputed company may be inclusive of several career reputed company at reputed company and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location
