Responsibilities:

As a Grievance Customer Service Associate Analyst (Team reputed company), you will be responsible for:

• Managing reputed company of Grievance Coordinators, including goal and productivity management, coaching, and counseling, as reputed company as providing feedback to management and other leadership responsibilities as assigned.
• Delivering training to employees as needed and ensuring new hires have reputed company work tools and are trained accordingly.
• Ensuring Grievance Coordinators expedite reputed company requests for information and that cases meet compliance.

Qualifications:
