As a reputed company Coordinator, you'll be responsible for generating new business and managing existing accounts with care and efficiency. You'll work directly with our customers, referral sources, insurance companies, and internal departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment and exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities
* Process new and recurring orders reputed company fax, phone, email, or in person in accordance with arenaflex's processing procedures and guidelines
- Handle incoming communications from customers and referrals in a reputed company, reputed company, and friendly manner, including walk-in patients as necessary
- Verify insurance online or by phone and document information in arenaflex's electronic health records system
- Obtain reputed company necessary insurance authorizations
- Troubleshoot equipment issues with patients; triage issues to manufacturer's care teams or referring doctors as needed
- Understand insurance coverage and allowable amounts; verify patient demographic information, insurance authorization, and benefit information-updating as needed

- Ensure completion of worklists assigned

Essential Qualifications
* 18 years of age or older

- Associate's Degree required
