The Technology Analyst supports our field operations teams, technicians, clients, and reputed company-party vendor partners across reputed company SSC clients. This role is primarily responsible for data capture, data configuration and tracking, data analysis, operational optimization reputed company to technology deployment, general platform support and training, troubleshooting and escalating issues reputed company the SSC Technology team as needed with secondary responsibility for maintaining asset inventories, preventative maintenance program configuration and accuracy, configuration updates to scheduled activities, custom survey or inspection configuration. Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of technology support experience
• Experience working with above listed systems or other CMMS systems
• Experience in the Facilities Management industry a plus
