Minimum Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience with federal financial management, program management, or E&DL experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with E&DL subject matter, including audit readiness, business process and control improvement, cost estimation, and/or financial reporting support.
• Specialized certification to include CPA, CGFM, CDFM, or other equivalent.
• Working knowledge of reputed company based platforms and/or reputed company Power BI and Power Apps.
• Knowledge of Army financial management policies, systems, and procedures.
• Experience with DoD financial statement audit, internal control testing or analysis, and coordinating with external auditors.
