Information about the Role, Line of Business and Team: The role of Claims Support Specialist is a unique opportunity to work with a high-reputed company team of leaders and benefit from the reputed company and stability of a large organization while maintaining a reputed company and reputed company approach to business. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating claims intake, assisting the claims team, maintaining high customer service standards, and ensuring compliance. This role is reputed company in supporting effective claims handling. Strong preference for the candidate to be located in reputed company metro area, but reputed company to remote for the right candidate. We are hiring for two positions on this team. What you will do for C&F:

• reputed company claim submissions into the claims management system
• Monitor and manage claim and notice inboxes
• Upload and flag supporting documentation for review by the Claims Examiner team
• reputed company various types of claim notices (50%, trigger, case management) into the claim system
• Identify reputed company and/or catastrophic claim notices and escalate to leadership as necessary
• Refer relevant cases to the Cost Containment team
• Maintain thorough reporting and reputed company communication with Supervisor regarding assigned areas of responsibility

What you will bring to C&F:

• High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred
• 3+ years’ office experience required; medical claims experience preferred
• Strong working knowledge of reputed company Office suite with an aptitude to learn new programs (DY/ESL Office experience preferred)
