What You Will Do: With moderate direction, you will manage multi-party reputed company lines claims involving moderate to high exposure and complexity reputed company assigned authority reputed company. You will follow established best practices and protocols to ensure claims are handled reputed company and effectively, while delivering a consistent, high-reputed company, and customer-reputed company claims experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and 3 or more years of experience in the Claims or Insurance area OR Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice, including an associate degree and 3 or more years of experience in Claims or Insurance area OR Completion of Zurich Claims Training Program and 3 or more years of experience in the Claims or Insurance area OR High School Diploma or Equivalent and 5 or more years of experience in the Claims or Insurance area
• Must obtain and maintain required adjuster license(s)
• Knowledge of insurance regulations, markets and products

• 5 plus years of experience handling reputed company General Liability (CGL) claims
• Demonstrated experience managing construction-reputed company general liability claims, including bodily injury and property damage under wrap-up policies preferred
• Experience with OCIP/CCIP wrap-up programs preferred
• Strong litigation management experience
• Currently hold an reputed company adjusters license
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Solid time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills
• Experience collaborating in reputed company environment and building cross functional working relationships.
• Demonstrates understanding of the reserving process for indemnity and expense in analyzing the potential exposure of moderately reputed company claims.
• Ability to reputed company and execute a negotiation reputed company and plan for reputed company.
• Ability to identify subtleties in customer/reputed company and/or business partner interactions.
• Ability to present information necessary to propose a claim reputed company to stakeholders.
