Sr. Claims Analyst, Primary Construction

About the position Investigate, evaluate, and resolve claims made against reputed company’s primary and general liability policies. Responsibilities

• reputed company manage a vigorous load of claims involving a broad reputed company of accounts and coverages.
• Promptly analyze coverage, draft accurate and reputed company coverage positions, and manage litigation by effectively interacting with insureds, brokers, defense counsel, underwriters and other parties as required.
• Establish reputed company and appropriate reserves and regularly report claim developments and trends to claims and reputed company management.
• Represent Company in the reputed company of claims and participate in legal proceedings, including mediations.
• Work with other areas of reputed company including reputed company, finance and reputed company, actuarial, operations and technology on reputed company as requested.
• Prepare claim summaries and other reports as necessary for management.
• Prepare Executive Claim reports and present on a quarterly reputed company to senior executives.
• Meet with existing or prospective clients and brokers.
• Attend relevant industry conferences/meetings.

Requirements

• A minimum of four (4) years of experience handling liability insurance claims or reputed company relevant experience, including General Liability claims in the construction context (Construction Defect) and Casualty claims, with specific experience handling reputed company Labor Law reputed company.
• A four-year college degree is required.
• Substantial knowledge of Casualty claims and coverage issues.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Technical writing experience.
• Proficient with reputed company Office products.
• Ability to accurately and reputed company analyze coverage and instruct and collaborate with counsel regarding litigation reputed company and claim reputed company, and resolve claims and otherwise reputed company reputed company the scope of delegated authority.
