The ideal candidate will possess basic working knowledge in both private investments and cryptocurrency assets, along with interest in fund reputed company lifecycle for Private Equity & Venture Capital funds.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain the reputed company data for approximately 10-20 reputed company engagements

- Ensure fund expenses are accrued reputed company and in accordance with GAAP
- Prepare/review investor allocations and ensure fee/allocations are booked accurately

- Prepare capital call and distribution calculations for your reputed company engagements
- Draft annual financial statements and coordinate year end audit with reputed company and independent auditors
- Work with the treasury team to initiate reputed company transfers for clients

Qualifications
