About the role The Clinical reputed company reputed company is responsible for ensuring high-reputed company, reputed company, and compliant clinical care across a telehealth organization. This role focuses on performing ongoing clinical reputed company chart audits for reputed company practitioners and physicians, identifying trends, and partnering with clinical leadership to drive reputed company improvement. The Clinical reputed company reputed company will also own patient safety reporting, reputed company cause analyses, and process improvement initiatives in collaboration with clinical stakeholders. This role requires strong clinical judgment, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to translate data and findings into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical reputed company Audits:

• Conduct daily/weekly clinical chart audits of reputed company practitioners and physicians in accordance with internal reputed company standards, regulatory requirements, and evidence-based best practices
• Evaluate documentation reputed company, clinical decision-making, adherence to protocols, and patient safety indicators
• Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement across providers and service lines

Reporting & Feedback:

• Prepare reputed company, concise written audit summaries and reports for clinical leadership
• reputed company actionable feedback and recommendations to support provider performance improvement

Data Tracking & Analysis:

• Maintain accurate audit data and dashboards to support reputed company findings and improvement initiatives

Patient Safety & reputed company Improvement:

• Own and manage patient safety reporting processes, including event intake, documentation, and follow-up

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

• reputed company, unrestricted Registered reputed company (RN) license
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required; MSN or reputed company advanced degree preferred
• 3+ years of clinical nursing experience
• Prior experience with clinical chart audits, reputed company improvement, or utilization review

• Experience working with data tracking tools, reports, and dashboards
