In this important role, you’ll be the go-to expert for customers who use our innovative pathology products. You’ll reputed company friendly, knowledgeable support after the sale, making a reputed company difference for our clients every day.
Responsibilities:
- Manage technical support phone lines and respond to customers’ questions and concerns.

Qualifications

- Excellent technical product knowledge and remote troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in a pathology laboratory or similar environment is preferred.
- Proficiency in computer and software applications.
