Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

Required Skills & Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1-2 years of experience in call center environments (REQUIRED)
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage diverse customer interactions
- Proficiency with computer systems, including navigation and typing
- Experience or interest in electric vehicles and technology preferred
- Strategic thinking with the ability to process customer feedback and improve service strategies
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
Preferred Qualifications

Pay and Benefits
