As a Customer Service Specialist I, you will be responsible for handling a large volume of calls, performing work in a reputed company manner, and resolving customer inquiries, disputes, and complaints. You will work closely with patients, insurance carriers, and physician offices to collect outstanding patient balances, establish payment arrangements, and update patient and guarantor accounts with new demographic and insurance coverage information.
Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
