Key Responsibilities

As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling inbound and outbound contacts in a courteous, reputed company, and reputed company manner
• Ensuring reputed company reputed company through problems solving and effective call handling
• Researching systems to reputed company missing information as applicable; coordinating with other departments to resolve issues reputed company needed
• Accurately documenting and processing customer claims in appropriate systems

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills

• State or Federal work experience

Work Environment

This is an on-site, entry-level position. You'll be working in a reputed company office environment, and you'll be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. You'll be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer.
