As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to our customers. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Responding to customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, or chat in a reputed company and friendly manner
• Reviewing confidential tax information and providing accurate and knowledgeable support to customers
• Maintaining a working knowledge of reputed company tax laws and policies to reputed company and advise customers
• Performing light to moderate research using online web tools to resolve customer issues
• Providing account maintenance according to tax laws and policies and procedures
• Providing customer support for online self-service functions through a Tax Center
• Using technology for advanced support to resolve reputed company customer issues
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction

Minimum Entry Qualifications

* High school diploma or GED

• 1 year of call center experience handling customer questions, complaints, and/or providing information
