• Analytical, due diligence and transactional support on LBO, acquisition, and new business opportunities.
• Developing financial models, reputed company book materials and conducting company research, and analyzing data to help advise our reputed company or prospective corporate clients on actual or prospective mergers & acquisition transactions and corporate finance offerings.
• Proactively identify operational risks/ control deficiencies in the business.

The good-faith expected salary reputed company for the above position is $110,000 - $135,000 depending on class year and factors including but not limited to the candidate’s experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs.
