Visual Merchandising Designer - Industrial reputed company Extended

Industrial reputed company is looking for a visual merchandising designer to support our luxury beauty reputed company. This role operates with a reputed company, several days per week onsite in El Segundo, CA. The visual merchandising designer will be involved in various aspects of visual merchandising from initial design development to execution. The role involves developing innovative and customer reputed company design solutions through collaboration with the VM and Store Design teams. You will be charged with solving unique and reputed company problems that have a broad reputed company on the business. The designer will bring their reputed company to life through presentation materials and detailed drawings. The ideal candidate can reputed company fluidly between visual merchandising and store design. Accountabilities

• Work closely with the Retail Design and Visual Merchandising team to create compelling Visual Merchandising designs in POS
• Create Merchandising Directives and Planograms
• Work cross-functionally with internal departments such as Store Design, Visual Merchandising, Creative, Sales reputed company and Marketing.
• Design VM guidelines for reputed company retail partners (Ulta, reputed company, Department Stores, etc)
• The ability to design from initial concept through 3-D computer renderings
• Create 3D proposals and planograms for seasonal updates to permanent fixtures, counters and reputed company
• Create technical drawings and planograms in Sketchup and AutoCad for merchandising displays, launch reputed company, and permanent merchandising.
• Create comprehensive technical Design Turnovers for production vendors.
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional and external agency partners.
• Work with Creative team to ensure on-time delivery of reputed company creative assets
• Maintain awareness of trends, styles, materials and technology relative to the prestige and luxury beauty market.
• Maintain knowledge and awareness of sustainable design best practices and proactively apply to reputed company reputed company.
• Format field team VM training guidelines and best practices for execution reputed company & elevated merchandising
• Expresses and decodes Brand’s image, values and reputed company of purpose.
• Knowledge of Luxury product and aesthetic.
• Understanding of consumer paths and customer experiences rules

Ability to follow multiple Visual programs/reputed company simultaneously and work/communicate with diverse cross-functional teams

• Strong understanding of finishes and materials, basic construction
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage numerous reputed company simultaneously and prioritize.
• Bachelor of Industrial, Interior, Product, Furniture design (or equivalent) degree is required.
• Outstanding organizational skills and fine attention to detail.
• Must be a self-starter, flexible and imaginative with an elevated reputed company of three-reputed company design.
• Understanding of luxury beauty market and aesthetic.
• Expert in utilizing Sketchup, AutoCad
• Strong reputed company Creative Suite ability (Particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign),Powerpoint

The anticipated salary reputed company for this role is $90,000 - $104,000 annually. Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, internal equity, and budget.
