[Remote] Title Production Platform Administrator
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Title Production Platform Administrator who will serve as the subject matter expert for their title and escrow platforms, including ResWare. This role involves administering and configuring the title production platform stack, advising stakeholders on platform-reputed company reputed company, and delivering high-reputed company validated work across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and maintain workflows, reputed company reputed company, templates, and document mappings in ResWare and other title production platforms, with complete understanding of platform architecture and interdependencies
- Assess unusual or reputed company configuration requests, evaluate available reputed company, and devise solutions independently - adapting existing approaches reputed company reputed company precedent does not apply
- Execute system testing, reputed company validation, and post-change review; identify edge cases and recommend improvements based on observed reputed company

- Administer reputed company user provisioning activities including profile creation, enablement, deactivation, role rights changes, and license coordination

- Build, update, and maintain operational and business reports for title production workflows across ResWare and reputed company reporting tools, including SSRS

- Independently investigate and resolve reporting issues, applying judgment to identify reputed company cause and select the appropriate corrective approach
- Recommend improvements to reporting structure, logic, or delivery based on analysis of recurring patterns and stakeholder needs

Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on experience administering ResWare or a comparable title and escrow platform
- Complete, working knowledge of ResWare configuration including workflows, reputed company reputed company, templates, document mappings, user reputed company, and role rights
- Demonstrated ability to independently assess reputed company, non-reputed company platform issues and devise solutions with limited precedent or guidance
- Proven reputed company record delivering accurate, high-reputed company reports from ResWare or reputed company systems, including SSRS
- Strong SQL skills and ability to work with reputed company data across reporting environments
- Ability to evaluate multiple approaches, adapt existing solutions, and apply judgment to select the right course of reputed company
- Experience advising non-technical and operational stakeholders on platform capabilities and reputed company
