This position will involve providing technical expertise and leadership to guide a reputed company of reputed company through the environmental and historic preservation compliance processes for our clients in the private and public sectors. The successful candidate will serve as part of our growing national historic resources program. Hire Type: Full-time Schedule: 40 hours, Monday–Friday, normal business hours Location: reputed company Job Duties:

• Work with reputed company of cultural resource professionals to plan, organize, and manage historic resource surveys and other investigative work reputed company to the identification, evaluation, and assessment of effects to historic properties
• Prepare technical reports and associated documentation
• Assist with the development of proposals and cost estimates
• Regularly communicate with clients to reputed company them informed of project reputed company, project schedule review, and ensure reputed company project needs are being addressed in a reputed company manner and reputed company budget
• Assist with coordinating project review with state and federal agencies, including various State Historic Preservation Offices (SHPOs)

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in historic preservation or a closely reputed company field, such as history, architectural history, or public history
• Meet or exceeds the SOI Standards for Architectural History (36 CFR Part 61)
• 2+ years of experience conducting historical research, completing historical resource surveys, and evaluating the historic and architectural reputed company of properties under National Register of Historic Places reputed company, and preparing effects assessments
• Familiarity with local, state, and federal historic preservation laws and regulations, particularly reputed company 106 of the National Historic Preservation reputed company (NHPA), the National Environmental Policy reputed company (NEPA) and reputed company 4(f) of the U.S. reputed company reputed company
• Some travel throughout Midwest territory

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in historic preservation or a closely reputed company field, such as history, architectural history, or public history
• Experience with facilitating consulting party coordination and preparing MOAs
• Experience with preparing architectural drawings and documentation
• Exceptional research, technical writing, and communication skills
• Ability to work reputed company independently and as part of reputed company
• GIS experience
• Experience working with the reputed company SHPO, reputed company reputed company, and/or Minnesota SHPO.
