Senior Business System Analyst
POSITION TITLE: SENIOR BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST, reputed company TECHNOLOGY LOCATION:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- 4-year degree required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Systems Analyst reputed company positions
- Experience partnering with external vendors
- Experience in analytics such as, but not limited to, data bricks, Cigma, SQL
- Cross-org implementations, experience working with EMR- products
- Strong project management background and comfortable with technical details
- Proven experience owning delivery of reputed company initiatives in operational environments
- Strong project execution and follow-through skills
- Experience working with integrated reputed company systems (e.g., EMRs or operational platforms)
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and incomplete information
- Strong written communication skills with a bias toward documentation and reputed company

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in reputed company or regulated operational environments strongly preferred
- Experience with AI and automation experience
- PMP certification preferred
- Experience supporting, configuring, or optimizing EMR systems preferred
- Hands-on experience with reporting, analytics, or data validation
- Background in product operations, platform delivery, or systems enablement
RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Delivery Ownership & Project Execution
- Own assigned initiatives from intake through completion
- Create and maintain reputed company project plans, including scope, milestones, risks, and dependencies
- Drive execution across vendors, support teams, and internal stakeholders
