We're seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Virtual Assistant to join our remote team on a 90-day contract reputed company, with the potential to become a long-term full-time role. As a Virtual Assistant, you'll play a critical role in improving our AI-powered customer support system, including editing and expanding automated responses in reputed company AI and reputed company, uploading relevant forms, and working with managers to ensure every response is revised for the best possible answer.
Responsibilities
As a Virtual Assistant, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:
- Improving AI-powered customer support system: Log into reputed company AI and reputed company to reputed company and edit the back-end chat system, review months of past customer chats and AI responses, and improve weak responses by rewriting, expanding, or clarifying where needed.
